Dorood! I’m Amin, a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Yale University, working on cryptography and security. I’m very fortunate to be advised by Babis Papamanthou.
I’m especially interested in proof systems and cryptographic tools, and I’m enthusiastic about exploring where cryptography and security meet the challenges of LLMs (surprise!). In my free academic time, I enjoy learning about the latest developments in machine learning, the security concerns they raise, and how tools from cryptography and security might help address them. I previously worked on algorithms and theory, before the LLM era changed everything.
Before joining Yale, I earned my B.Sc. in Computer Science at Sharif University of Technology and worked with researchers at EPFL, UC Davis, and the University of Maryland during my research explorations.
I’m always eager to connect and talk about cryptography, AI security, and safety. I’d love to explore potential collaborations and, more importantly, get to know people who share these interests and have good conversations. Please feel free to reach out!
